Social Solutions is seeking a Finance and Administration Specialist for the USAID/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA)-funded Climate Smart and Disaster Ready (CSDR) cooperative agreement. This four-year program will focus on establishing the Melanesian Youth Climate Corps (MYCC) with a focus on empowering youth in the Pacific Island Countries of Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands to be leaders within their communities.
The Finance and Administration Specialist will provide financial and administrative management, overseeing all financial management, compliance, and reporting aspects of the activity. The Finance and Administration Specialist will report to the Finance Manager and coordinate with the Program Director to oversee business functions and operational processes and ensure policies adhere to Social Solutions’ and USAID’s regulations and guidelines. The Finance and Administration Specialist role will be a full-time position based in Suva, Fiji.
